Sparrows.

After my run last Saturday, I was cooling down at the park and a sparrow flew past my eye. I followed it's trail which led me to a flock of them. They were swirling in the sky. The verse in Matthew immediately came to my mind and brought so much comfort to me. The sparrows flew away after couple of minutes as though they had achieved their purpose/mission. 

Jesus speaking to His disciples in the book of Matthew:

"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? 

Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. 

And even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 

So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. " 

Matthew 10:29-31
